"Hey, Ludwig?"
"Yes, vhat is it, _____?"
"How do you say 'I love you' in German?" you asked curiously.
For the most oddest reason a faint blush coated Ludwig's cheeks as he cleared his throat.
"Vhy ask, _____?" Ludwig questioned. "Are you planning to confess to someone?"
A noticeable blush spread across your cheeks as you averted your eyes from Ludwig's baby blue ones. "Maybeee…" you said, drawing out the 'e' as you fiddled with your fingers.
A flicker of jealousy flashed across Ludwig's face, but he hid it as your eyes landed on his once again.
"So, can you tell me?"
Ludwig sighed. "Sure, _____."
You grinned. "Thanks!"
"Okay," Ludwig started," Try saying 'Ich'."
"Um… ich…?" you said uncertainly, making it sound like 'itch'.
"No, no. Make it sound like 'Eek'," Ludwig explained. "Try it."
"Okay, so it's ich?" you said, this time pronouncing it right. Ludwig nodded, a small smile tugging at his lips.
"Alright, now say 'liebe'," Ludwig coaxed.
"Liebe," you said.
"Pronounce it like 'lee-ba'."
"Got it, so it's liebe?" you smiled as Ludwig nodded once more.
"Now say 'dich'." Ludwig instructed.
"Dich," you said, confident that you pronounced it correctly.
"It is pronounced 'deek'," Ludwig said with a quiet chuckle while you groaned.
"You Germans and your funny language," you mumbled. "Alright… dich."
"Now say it all togezer. Ich liebe dich," Ludwig said.
"Got it! Ich liebe dich!" you said with a grin.
Ludwig smiled and crossed his arms. "Now, go and confess zen _____."
"But I just did!"
Ludwig froze in surprise. You… what?
"Vh-Vhat?!" Ludwig managed to say, a heavy blush now settling on his cheeks.
"Do you really need me to say it again, Luddy?" you said with a grin. "Ich liebe dich!"
Silence.
And then…
"H-Hey!"
A strong hand gripped your arm and pulled you into Ludwig's chest, and you blushed a dark shade of red at the sudden contact.
"Ich liebe dich auch, _____," Ludwig mumbled as he nuzzled into your hair.
"I'm guessing that means you love me too?" you smiled and wrapped your arms around the German. You could feel Ludwig nod before he tilted up your chin. Expecting him to say something, you were surprised when instead he leaned down to plant a kiss on your lips.
It was soft and sweet, but a bit rough; just like you expected from him. As you melted into the kiss, a sudden outburst made the two of you jump back in surprise.
"Kesesese! West finally got _____ to kiss him!"
A dark blush invaded both of your cheeks, and Ludwig shot an embarrassed glare at his albino brother.
"So, _____... can I have a kiss too?" Gilbert asked as he walked up to you with a wink.
"Go screw yourself, Gil," you said with a smirk as you looped your arm around Ludwig's," My kisses are reserved for Luddy here."
With that said, Ludwig blushed a bright red and hid his face in his hand; but underneath his gloved hand, his lips tugged up into a small smile.

They Don't Matter (Hetalia, GermanyxReader)
Ludwig Beilschmidt wasn't one for relationships.
Granted, he was with you now, and you were changing that. He adored you, with every part of himself.
When he was with you, he felt as though he could forget past pains and mistakes, because with you, they didn't matter.
Still, though, being in a relationship, even with the one he loved the most out of every single person and thing on the earth, was hard for him.
If you walked down the street, and saw Ludwig, you would think that such a strong, confident German would not have any problems, or any fears. You would think that a man like that must be almost invincible.
However, Ludwig was quic

“Mom, I’m fine.”
“__________ ___________, don’t come at me with this nonsense. You were on a comatose state, for god’s sake! Don’t ‘I’m fine’ me!”
You pinched the bride of your nose and let an exasperated sigh out. “Mom, for the tenth time, I’m alright, okay? I get that you’re worried but please don’t freak out!”
“I’m not freaking out, _________,” she said, and the live video chat on Skype showed as she frowned, eyebrows knitting together.
“Of course you’re not,” you deadpanned while rolling your eyes. &ldq

I think... I just ruined Ludwig's character.
It was my first time writing for him. Please excuse my mistakes.
Oh, and for Ludwig's accent, there might have been a few spots where I didn't add it in, I apologize.
Oh yeah! and I'm planning to make a series out of this; Which character should I do next? Nevermind, next on my agenda is Japan, Russia, and Italy.
